A lovely peaceful stay in a house central to Cambridge.
Positive: Lovely and quiet location, with easy access to city centre via river walk. The house was immaculately clean. Communication prior to, and during, our stay was good and we had prompt replies to our queries.
Negative: Despite being immaculately clean there was a slight odour from the drains, which we suspect was an external issue rather than anything the owner can rectify. The cold water in the shower mixer tap wasn’t working therefore it was scalding hot: the owner responded quickly to come out and look at this but this will need to be rectified for future guests.
